On May 14th, all CLAAS Shandong employees were invited to spend an activity-filled day with their families. Besides spending a good time with friends and colleagues they also got to know more about the values and strengths that form the foundation of CLAAS. More than 1,400 people from China and Germany came together and made this event a great success.

CLAAS (Shandong) celebrates its first Family Day
CLAAS Shandong employees were invited to spend an activity-filled day with their families. Besides spending a good time with friends and colleagues they also got to know more about the values and strengths that form the foundation of CLAAS. More than 1,400 people from China and Germany came together and made this event a great success.
Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser and Jan-Hendrik Mohr, Executive Board member for the grain harvest division, made the journey to join the event. Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser gave an overview of the CLAAS history, emphasizing the importance of people and culture at CLAAS before Jan-Hendrik Mohr gave an insight into the Asian agricultural market and the future it holds for CLAAS. Other special guests were representatives of the German Chamber of Commerce as well as the local government, media and universities.
Many guests took the opportunity to participate in various games and activities. The event made it possible for CLAAS employees to show their families their place of work and to connect with other colleagues.
